Mills County Public Health - Circles4Support

Circles4Support meets twice a month to help families and individuals permanently overcome isolation and poverty, by establishing reciprocal relationships in our community.

While many think money is the first and perhaps only solution to poverty, the people of Mills County know that poverty is not only about a lack of funds; it is about isolation, lack of hope, barriers to opportunities for education and jobs, as well as inadequate housing and healthcare.

This program is funded by Boost4Families. Mills County churches and businesses have made valuable contributions by providing dinners, so attendees can come together and share a meal. The Glenwood Library has donated their Annex every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. Please come join us and share a meal from 6:00-7:30 PM.

For more information call (712) 527-9699 or email Melody Ragland or Julie Lynes, L.B.S.W., M.A.
